Hot Yoga Solution’s products are enjoyed and endorsed by Yoga and Pilates practitioners and some of the leading Hot Yoga Studios across the globe. Â
To make it simple for you to purchase, we offer free shipping for those here in Australia, and have one flat rate for international postcodes. No matter where you are, you’ll be able to experience the hot yoga difference.Â

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of your order being received, and we’ll send an email with a tracking order number to let you know your order is on its way.

$15 AUD flat rate shipping to New Zealand, UK, USA and Canada. Please note that any taxes or duties that may be applied by international customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS
Change of mind:

We know how fabulous our products are and hope you love them too. If once your mat arrives, you decide that your purchase isn’t quite right for you, then please return the product unused, with all original packaging intact within 14 days of purchase. Please email us with your order number and we will give you a return code and details of a return mailing address in Brisbane.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of goods in original condition. Refunds will only cover the purchase cost of the product and not return or delivery shipping fees if applicable. No restock or admin fees apply.

If returning your Hot Yoga Solutions product, we recommend you track or insure your parcel. As the purchaser, you assume responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of the goods in transit.

Please include a note with your order number so that we can track this back to your original payment and refund you as soon as the goods are received by the team.

Faulty Goods:

The Hot Yoga Solutions team checks each package personally and packs orders onsite prior to dispatch to ensure quality control.

If however you open your product and believe any elements are faulty, please contact us directly to discuss. If deemed to be a product fault or defect we will arrange a complete refund or replacement for you. Please email us at hello@hotyogasolutions.comÂ

NON-DELIVERY/MISSING GOODS
All of our orders are tracked through to signed delivery. Unfortunately, if a parcel goes missing after it has been signed as delivered we do not refund. Contact us at hello@hotyogasolutions.com and we will work with you and our delivery partner to try and track it down.
